Your Reiki journey begins by gaining knowledge about yourself, your relationship to the Universe, your energy system and the Reiki energy. After the first level you will be able to give Reiki to yourself and your loved ones.
Reiki 1 in Combination with Astrology
Reiki is a wonderful, gentle way to awaken and strengthen your inner strength. We come together in a small, cozy group and learn to work with universal energy. I offer a deeper & modern encounter with Reiki according to the principle of “Gendai-Reiki-Hô” by Hiroshi Doi. This method is based on the teachings of Mikao Usui. If desired, we can combine the first degree with details from your natal chart such as the ascendant and moon to reveal more about you and your abilities. In contrast to traditional Reiki, Starseed Evolution teaches you the first Reiki symbol already in level 1, because this symbol helps you to ground yourself and come into your power.
Reiki comes from the Japanese. “Rei” means “universal” and “ki” means life force or life force energy. Reiki therefore means universal life force energy. Einstein and scientists today recognize that we are universal energy. With Reiki we encounter our essence. We learn to connect with the universal energy in order to initiate regeneration processes that lead to a higher quality of life.

Our essence is the universal force. In the first level, I help you to get to know yourself better so that you can stand more clearly in your power. Self-love is a lost art and we will discover and embody it on this journey. We will also feel the love of the universe and learn how to channel this energy.
If desired, we can briefly look at the Ascendant and Moon in your personal birth chart to better identify and utilize your opportunities and gifts.
It is often said: “You create your reality”. With me, you will learn to use Reiki energy to support the creation of the life you desire. Energy is power and those who understand the energy system and can use it for themselves have the opportunity to win every day and not only enrich their lives, but also help others to enrich and bless their lives.
In the first level we learn to give Reiki on-site, usually on the massage table. You gently place your hands in different positions and allow the Reiki energy to flow through you, either to yourself by placing your hands on yourself, or to others by lightly placing your hands on the person as shown in the picture above.
Once you have learned Reiki, you can use it both personally and (if desired) professionally.
Anyone can learn Reiki and I would be honored to guide you on your path.
The first degree of Gendai Reiki-hô is called “Shoden” and means “First Teachings”.
With the first degree you receive the first 3 attunements. The attunements are short rituals that open, purify and expand your Reiki channel. These rituals strengthen our ability to connect with and use the energy.
A special feature of Starseed Evolution’s Transformative Reiki is that you receive the attunement for the first symbol already during Reiki 1, not Reiki 2. In today’s society, we and our loved ones need support in grounding and centering our energy. The first symbol helps with grounding and centering as well as strengthening the energy system. So you will receive this incredible support right at the beginning of your Reiki journey. You can then use the symbol to help yourself and others.
Here’s what you’ll learn in Transformative Reiki Level 1:
- Learn to give Reiki to people, animals, plants, minerals and objects
- Learn to connect with self-love and gain a deeper understanding of your strengths
- Learn to conduct a professional Reiki session for yourself, your loved ones and clients
- Learn to send Reiki to people sitting in chairs or lying on the massage table
- Learn the power of the first Reiki symbol and how to use it
- Learn more about the chakras and how to strengthen the spiritual body
- Learn how to free yourself from stress and protect yourself from it
- Learn exercises that strengthen and support you in everyday life
- Learn how to cleanse and protect yourself energetically, both for everyday life and for Reiki sessions
- Learn techniques that you can incorporate into your coaching business
- Learn Reiki exercises that can support you in your personal development and everyday life
- Learn how to become a clear channel for high vibrational energy
- Learn to recognize and use intuition, extrasensory perception and feelings
- Learn to connect with meditation and breathwork to strengthen your Reiki practice
- Learn the history of Reiki and the path of Usui Sensai
Participation fee: 288 euros
The Reiki 1 script, water, tea & snacks as well as blankets and warm socks will be provided on site. You are welcome to bring comfortable clothes and a pen for writing. We will have a nice weekend. You will receive your certificate on Sunday.

Your course will be taught by Khadijah Gohr who has several years of experience in energy facilitation, Astrology & spiritual readings. The atmosphere in the courses is one of warmth, togetherness and compassionate learning. The weekend is full of positive energy. Participants often say they feel like they spent the weekend in another world. Let’s come together and indulge in the high vibrational energy of the Universe and community.

Participants receive a detailed script with workbook at the start of the seminar. They will receive a certificate at the end of the seminar.
The special thing about SE is that you not only learn Reiki, but also become part of a warm and growing community. You can spend time with like-minded people via Facebook, WhatsApp and live at Reiki practice evenings and events. You can attend all events or none, depending on what is comfortable for you. Support is available in many ways, because Reiki is the path to happiness and a pillar of happiness is a strong and healthy community.
